Board of Directors

Nicki Veloz joined Sister League as a board member in 2023. Working with and for underserved communities has been a passion in her life. Nicki serves as the Director of Title IX, EEO and Employee Engagement at the University of San Diego where she focuses on issues of sexual violence, discrimination, and most importantly, accompanying impacted parties on their journey after experiencing trauma.  Nicki believes in SLSD’s mission and holistic approach to providing a safe and communal residential program for women.
