Rebecca Bellingham is equal parts artist and educator. She supports teachers in literacy instruction and consults with independent and public schools around the globe, as well as nonprofit organizations including San Diego’s transcenDance, to help create communities of belonging using poetry and the arts. Rebecca is the author of The Artful Read Aloud, and the forthcoming book,The Artful Approach to Exploring Identity and Fostering Belonging. Rebecca has also performed on stages across the country. Her two-woman musical, “The Raft”, a collaboration with acclaimed singer-songwriter Catie Curtis, premiered at Club Passim in Cambridge, MA and is currently in development.
