108 Sun Salutations Celebration & Fundraiser

108 Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations) because the # 108 is a sacred number appearing in many sacred ancient texts, astronomy, numerology, Ayurveda and earth science SO it is only appropriate that as we usher in a new day and a new us with sun salutations that 108 is the appropriate number!
This event will have Live DJ for our class, sound bath, and reiki, during savasana and there will be vendors for acupuncture ear seeding to puppy adoptions!!!

Canes Cares Golf Tournament 2024

The 4th Annual Cane Cares Golf Tournament will be held at Steele Canyon Golf Club on Friday, Sept. 20 from 10am to 3pm. Please join us for a day of golf, celebration, and raising money for a great cause: helping prevent homelessness in San Diego.
This year, Cane Cares has pledged $10,000 of tournament proceeds to Sister League, a local non-profit providing transitional housing for women. We’re so excited to be workingwith an organization that’s doing such important work in our community!
